The Ranches At Savanna Ridge Property Owners Association (the “POA”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy was created so you will understand when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected with respect to our web site www.srr-hoa.com (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement as modified from time to time by us.

Information we collect from you

“Personal information” is information which is directly associated with a specific individual, as well as information about activities that are directly linked to a specific person. This type of information may include your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. The POA may collect this personally identifiable information as part of the member registration process.

The POA also collects anonymous demographic information to help us understand trends and user needs so that we can better consider new services or tailor our existing offering to user desires. In other words, how you use our Site may be collected and combined with information about how others use the Site, but no personal information will be included in the resulting data. An example of aggregate data is a report that shows how frequently certain features of the Site are accessed versus other features of the Site. The report would not contain any personal information.

Use of your Personal Information

The POA collects and uses your personal information only operating the Site and to deliver the services you have requested. The POA may use your personally identifiable information to inform you of services available the POA. The POA may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

The POA does not sell, rent or lease its user lists to third parties. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, The POA may share data with trusted third party vendor software modules to send you email or postal mail, provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the POA, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The POA does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations.

The POA may keep track of the pages our users visit within the Site in order to determine what the POA services are the most popular and to monitor the performance of the Site.

The POA will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect user feedback, or if POA practices change, technology changes, or as the POA adds services and/or features to the Site.

The POA encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how the POA is protecting your information. If any material changes to this Privacy statement and/or how user’s personal information is handled, an “Update” notice will be posted on the Site for thirty days.

Board and Committee Confidentiality

Board Members and Committee Members shall respect the confidentiality of information exchanged in executive sessions or which is otherwise privileged under operative laws, and Board policy. They shall neither disclose confidential information without proper legal authorization, nor use such information to advance personal, financial or other private interests. The same applies, but is not limited, to any written communications from legal counsel denoted as a confidential document.

Board Members and Committee Members should not forward email communications from Legal Counsel to others without the express consent of Legal Counsel of the Board, Board members shall not disclose confidential information under any circumstances to any person not on the Board without the express consent of a majority of the Board of Directors voting at a duly convened meeting.
