The Ranches At Savanna Ridge Property Owners Association (the “POA”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy was created so you will understand when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected with respect to our web site www.srr-hoa.com (the “Site”).
By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement as modified from time to time by us.
Information we collect from you
“Personal information” is information which is directly associated with a specific individual, as well as information about activities that are directly linked to a specific person. The POA may collect this personally identifiable information as part of the member registration process.
The POA also collects anonymous demographic information to help us understand trends and user needs so that we can better consider new services or tailor our existing offering to user desires. Board and Committee Confidentiality
Board Members and Committee Members shall respect the confidentiality of information exchanged in executive sessions or which is otherwise privileged under operative laws, and Board policy. They shall neither disclose confidential information without proper legal authorization, nor use such information to advance personal, financial or other private interests. The same applies, but is not limited, to any written communications from legal counsel denoted as a confidential document.
Board Members and Committee Members should not forward email communications from Legal Counsel to others without the express consent of Legal Counsel of the Board, Board members shall not disclose confidential information under any circumstances to any person not on the Board without the express consent of a majority of the Board of Directors voting at a duly convened meeting.
